A neutral pelvic position is the most supportive position for your spine and joints. It's the position that helps us find our center, and feel more centered. This workshop is for regular yogis, people who practice pilates or weight training, or those who want to learn to feel their pelvic floor and awaken their deepest sexual and sensual sensation.
